Privacy Policy

GapFinder is operated by Catalystix Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Nevada, United States, trading as Gap Finder by WildFit. If you have any question about your data, or you want to exercise any of the rights below, write to mail@eric.ee and a person will answer you.

• •Account details: your name and email address, and a password hash if you sign up with a password rather than Google.
• •Assessment answers: the responses you give in any GapFinder assessment, and the scores calculated from them.
• •Purchase records: which tier you bought, when, and the Stripe identifiers for the transaction. We never see or store your card number.
• •Certification records, if you apply to the EMC programme: your application, your progress through the course, and your certification status.
• •Coaching records, if you work with a certified coach: the assignment linking you to that coach, and any session notes they write, which you can see.
• •Technical data: standard server logs, and aggregate page analytics that are not tied to your identity.

Where the law requires us to have a lawful basis, ours is one of three. We process your account and purchase data because we need it to give you the thing you paid for, which is contractual necessity. We process your assessment answers because you consented when you chose to save your results. We process a small amount of data because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working, such as server logs and fraud prevention.

Your assessment answers describe your lifestyle. They are not medical records and GapFinder is not a medical service, but we treat them as sensitive because they are personal to you.

When you register you choose whether we may store your results. If you decline, your results are calculated and shown to you but are not saved. You can change your mind later from your dashboard.

We use the following processors. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

• •Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we receive only a confirmation and a reference.
• •Resend — sending transactional email such as receipts, password resets, and course notifications.
• •Anthropic — generating the written narrative in Premium and full reports. Your scores and life-area breakdown are sent for this purpose. Your name, email, and individual answers are not.
• •Neon — the database where your account and results are stored.
• •Vercel — hosting, and aggregate site analytics.
• •Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google. We receive your name, email, and profile picture.
• •Keap — our CRM. Contact sync is currently disabled; if we enable it, your name and email would sync so we can manage our relationship with you.
• •Bunny — video delivery for the certification course.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside your country. We rely on their standard contractual protections for those transfers.

• •We never sell your data.
• •We never share your individual results with anyone without your consent. If you are working with a certified coach, they see your results only after you have confirmed that you want them to.
• •We never use your assessment answers to train an AI model.

We keep your account and results for as long as your account is open, because the point of the product is to show you how things change over time. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data. We keep the financial record of any purchase for as long as tax law requires.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to do all of the following.

• •Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• •Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• •Ask us to delete your account and your data. Where we are legally required to keep financial records of a purchase, we will keep only those records and delete the rest.
• •Withdraw consent to storing your results at any time.
• •Object to how we are processing your data, or ask us to restrict it.
• •Complain to your local data protection authority.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We also collect aggregate analytics about how pages are used, which is not tied to your identity.

GapFinder is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
